ZED RUN, a Web3 horse racing game, becomes ZEDx

  • The NFT-based horse racing game ZED RUN has revealed its move to ZEDx, bringing with it a comprehensive makeover of the previous system.

A new leadership team led by CEO Nir Efrat, Head of Product Nick Ciesinski, and Advisor for Game Design Margaret Robertson is driving this change. The group is dedicated to upholding open lines of communication through frequent updates on social media and biweekly AMAs.

By utilizing the $ZED token, Virtually Human Studio, the company behind ZED RUN, hopes to improve ZEDx as a more effective and user-friendly platform.

ZEDx: What is it?

The web3 horse racing game ZED RUN has undergone a thorough makeover to improve gameplay and user experience, and ZEDx is its next generation.

ZEDx was created from the ground up and includes a number of innovative features aimed at improving and streamlining the online horse racing experience. The official statement states that ZEDx will differ significantly from its predecessor.

Racehorse retirement, dynamic auction breeding, racetrack involvement, and round-the-clock automated racing are some of the new features. Furthermore, the game’s economy and reward system will be greatly impacted by the integration of the $ZED token, which will be essential to the new ZEDx experience.

A completely immersive experience is guaranteed by enhanced graphics powered by Unreal Engine, a more user-friendly UI, and optimization for mobile devices.

Before the official launch, gamers will have the chance to join in ZEDx Beta Testing and offer feedback. Soon, further information about how to sign up for the beta test will be made available.

How does ZED RUN fare in a transition?

In order to promote continuous participation during the transition, the current ZED RUN platform will continue to run with continuing events and prize pools in addition to the introduction of engagement-based awards.

ZED RUN is putting into action a transition plan that incorporates legacy benefits based on current involvement and ownership in recognition of the commitment of its player base. Although current horses won’t be moved straight over to ZEDx, players will still get benefits like breeding horses and starting racers to give them an advantage in the upcoming game.

By the end of the next month, further information on the transition strategy and reward system will be completed and released.
