With its Season 2 release, Nyan Heroes introduces new CATNIP and NYAN awards

  • With the addition of a new ranked mode, enhanced awards, and anti-cheat features, Season 2 intensifies the competition.

The much awaited Ranked Mode of the Web3-focused game Nyan Heroes, which will award players with the token NYAN in accordance with their achievements, has begun. Season 2 of the game has already begun. Up to May 26th, the rated season will continue.

Along with a slew of new gameplay features and incentives, Season 2 offers players the chance to collect seasonal CATNIP by completing daily and weekly assignments. In order to promote fair and competitive play, the game’s ranking system, which is based on the Matchmaking Rating (MMR), matches players with comparable skill levels.

Players’ MMR increases with wins, which can propel them to higher positions on the leaderboard; MMR decreases with losses. Champion Rank will be awarded to the top 1% of players, though rank changes may occur depending on the proportion of players overall.

Seasonal CATNIP players are encouraged to climb the leaderboard by earning a certain amount that is correlated with their MMR. In addition, Season 2’s rewards feature a fresh supply of NYAN tokens.

The creators of Destiny, Halo, and the Avengers are back with a Web3 hero shooter called Nyan Heroes. The Epic Games store offers the game for purchase.

Additionally, a Solo/Duo Mode from Season 2 lets players work together to advance through the ranks. The game’s Discord channel provides a special area for people looking for companions.

The Nyan Heroes team also declared their dedication to fair play and unveiled policies to prevent lying and inaction. A substantial MMR penalty will be imposed on AFK players, who will be substituted and expelled from the game. A level playing field will also be guaranteed by the deployment of Easy Anti-Cheat software, which stops game file modifications.
