Stakely joins Eigen Layer as Node Operator

Stakely is stepping in as node operators within the Genesis’ DVT clusters in conjunction with eleven other top validators to improve the security and decentralisation of this ground-breaking liquid restaking solution on EigenLayer.

GenesisLRT is a new kind of staking platform that seeks to revolutionize restaking.. GenesisLRT enables users to restake their native ETH tokens through EigenLayer, providing a customisable and user-friendly liquid restaking experience that essentially unlocks the liquidity of their money via the genETH token.

EigenLayer is used by Genesis to power Restaking. This is a new idea in the cryptocurrency space that allows you to reinvest your assets, whether they be liquid staking tokens (LSTs) or pure ETH from your current stake. Restaking not only increases your profit margin but also strengthens network security.

GenesisLRT allows users to assign a part of the tokens that investors own to an insurance pool. In the event that malicious actors cause a slashing event, clients’ assets are safeguarded since the insurance pool’s tokens are unlocked to replace the damages.

GenesisLRT’s architecture is equally stunning. Stakely and other node operators are essential to the system because they oversee Ethereum validators and connect withdrawal addresses to EigenPods, which are specialised contracts on EigenLayer.

The GenesisLRT’s mainnet debuts shortly and will result in the GEN token airdrop—by restaking ETH.

For those involved in the GenesisLRT ecosystem, these GEN tokens will be essential in decision-making and in enabling genETH’s omnichain functions.
